CD/H1: The site on the north eastern edge of 
the settlement between the Old Inn and Tom-anuird 
View is appropriate for around 50 dwellings . 
Access to the site should utilise the existing  [BLUE  local  BLUE]
road network where possible, and should not 
have an adverse impact on the trunk road. 

CD/H2: A 3.03Ha is appropriate for around 30 
dwellings.  [RED  Development of this site should ensure 
connection to the core paths network and the 
Speyside Way.  RED]

CD/ED1: a small site at the Smoke-House has 
some potential to provide for economic 
development in the village and any proposals 
must ensure that issues regarding contamination 
and access are adequately addressed.  RED]

CD/Env:   [RED  Open space is identified as contributing 
to the setting of the village and will be protected 
from adverse development.   RED]
